SENIOR PASTOR

Rev. Liz was installed in Nov. 2023, as the tenth Senior Pastor of LaSalle. She oversees the vision, mission, financial health, teaching, pastoral care, and staff of LaSalle Street Church and The LaSalle Foundation.

ASSOC. PASTOR OF CONNECTION

Pastor Brent has been at LaSalle since 2019, and oversees Newcomers & membership, all-church events, groups and Young Adults, and supports adult formation and volunteer administration.

DIRECTOR OUTREACH & ADVOCACY

Pastor Julie has been at LaSalle since 2013 and directs our weekly outreach and advocacy at Breaking Bread and Senior Market, leads the TLF Staff team, and oversees women's ministries.

ASSOC. PASTOR OF KIDS, YOUTH, & FAMILIES

Rev. Alexa joined LaSalle in 2025 and leads our weekly programming for kids and youth, oversees the nursery staff, and supports our families and volunteers through formation, relationships, and intentional presence.

ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE & COORDINATOR OF MUSIC

Rob joined the staff at LaSalle in Sept 2024 in a part-time role as jazz pianist, instrumentalist, music arranger, and coordinator of our volunteers and guest professionals who lead and create music for our worship.

ONLINE COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

Carla joined LaSalle in 2026 in a part-time role supporting our online / remote community.

ASSOC. DIRECTOR OF
COMMUNICATIONS & ADMIN

Lucas has been at LaSalle since 2018 and helps create online and print communications, handles tech and AV needs, and serves as office support for our staff.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Deb has been at LaSalle since 2013 and manages the building operations and finances for both LSC and TLF (The Cornerstone Center), and serves as the HR Director for LSC and TLF's Cornerstone Center Staff.

COORDINATOR OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Katie has been at LaSalle since 2017 and supports the Director of Operations and Finance and serves as primary processor of LSC tithes & offerings.
