Sunday Morning Teams
Welcome
Rev Alicia
The Welcome Team creates a welcoming environment for all on Sunday mornings. Positions on this team include Ushers, Greeters, working the Welcome Table, and being an Online Host. Volunteer once a month in one of these positions on Sunday morning.
Hospitality
Rev Alicia and Jonathan
The Hospitality Team sets the table for us to enter worship. This team includes Communion Bread Bakers, Communion servers, and decorating the church building. The communion team serves once a month; the decorating team serves seasonally to set the various spaces in our church building to create a welcoming environment.
AV & Tech
Lucas
The AV & Tech Team run all the behind the scenes needs for Sunday mornings. This team includes running slides for our screens, cameras, moderating the online experience.
Worship & Liturgy
Jonathan
The Worship and Liturgy assists staff in leading worship through musical worship, reading scripture, liturgy, and other up-front elements in our worship services.
Kids & Youth
Rev Alicia
The Kids and Youth Ministry Team supports Rev Alicia through teaching and assisting in the elementary kids’ classrooms or Youth group. This team serves 1-2 times per month to provide consistency as they teach, model, and have fun with tour kids and youth.

Prayer
Pastor Julie
The Prayer Team is dedicated to lifting our congregation and community in prayer through regular times of prayer and occasional emails requesting prayer.
Outreach & Advocacy
Pastor Julie
The Outreach & Advocacy Team meets monthly with Pastor Julie to strategize and support our Outreach ministries such as Serve Sundays, Breaking Bread, Senior Market, etc. This team is currently full.

Hosting & Events
Pastor Randall
This team supports our staff and ministries by assisting with hosting during Banquets, Classes, and special events in Leslie Hall. This team will help specifically with decorating, kitchen coordination, coffee, and snacks, and supporting the event by helping to create a welcoming environment.
Congregational Care
Pastor Brent
The Congregational Care Team helps to support our community through being the hands and feet of Jesus to our community. This may look like visitations, supporting meal trains, working with the prayer needs and supporting benevolence needs.
Racial Justice
Jonathan, Rev Liz, and Pastor Randall
The Racial Justice Team helps focus the church and leadership teams on resources, strategies, and goals, serves by measuring racial justice and equity as culture, practices, and in budget.
Formation
Rev Alicia
The Formation Team will meet periodically with Rev Alicia to help create formation experience for the whole church. This may include helping to staff classrooms for all ages, being a youth mentor, choosing curriculum and focus areas, and planning special events and retreats.
Stewardship
Rev Liz and Pastor Randall
The Stewardship Team will help plan for financial fundraising as needed each season. This team will strategize to increase communication around giving with a discipleship lens, encouraging the church to give through tithes, times, and gifts.
